Ralph Smith, Immediate Past President of The New Brunswick Seniors' Federation was elected First Vice-President of Canadian Pensioners Concerned at their Annual General Meeting that was held in Toronto on October 21, 2009. Canadian Pensioners Concerned is a seniors organization representing 1.5 million Seniors across Canada.
