| 1992 - | Group of seniors and interested organizations met in Saint John to organize a provincial body. |
| 1993 - | First provincial games held in Saint John. |
| 1995 - | Provincial games held in Miramichi. |
| 1997 - | Provincial games held in Edmundston. |
| 1999 - | Provincial games held in the Bathurst/Chaleur area. |
| 2003 - | Tenth anniversary games in Saint John. |
| 2005 - | Provincial games held in Dieppe. |
| 2007 - | Provincial games held in Edmundston. |
| 2009 - | Provincial games held in Miramichi |
| 2011 - | Provincial games held in Tracadie-Sheila |
The organizing committee also promoted regional and local games. Over 15,000 seniors have now participated in games across the province.
The New Brunswick 55 + Games acknowledges the support of the Government of New Brunswick, the New Brunswick Senior Citizens' Federation and the Royal Canadian Legion fo rtheir valuable contribution in organizing the association and their continued support.
